Request removal

If there is a photo or message on SmileTrack you want taken down, tell us here. You do not need an account, and you do not need the host's permission. This form is for anyone — including people who have never used SmileTrack and only found out they were in someone else's photos.

Removal deletes the file from our storage, including the full-resolution original. We cannot recover copies other people have already downloaded. See Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

So we can reply. We use it for nothing else.

A six-character code from a card or link, or just the name of the event.

Your relationship to the content

Describe the photo or message well enough that we can find it — who is in it, roughly when it was posted, what it shows.

We will respond within 30 days.
