Do my guests need to download anything?
No. They scan or tap a link and they're in. No app, no account, no password.
How long do you keep my photos?
Forever. Your gallery does not expire and we do not delete it, whether or not you ever pay us.
What's the difference between a place card and a smile card?
The smile card is the plastic card your guest keeps. The place card is the printed card it arrives on, with their name on it, that marks their seat.
When do I need to give you my guest names?
Three weeks before your event. You enter them yourself and review exactly how they'll print before we make anything.
What if a name is wrong or someone gets added late?
Fix the name in your dashboard and print a replacement place card at home in about thirty seconds. Your order also ships with 15% spares.
Can I see who contributed what?
Yes. You can see every post, hide any of them, and mark any of them private.
